JUDGMENT
The short grievance of the petitioner was that a case pending against him (he is the 1st accused) as C.C.No.264 of 2007 before the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class , Harippad is not being disposed of. According to him, there is great urgency for the matter being disposed of as his career as an employee in the R.P.F depends on the fate of such prosecution.

Magistrate, ie. on or before 17.08.08. That is only an outer limit and in the facts and circumstances of this case, I expect the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case expeditiously. No further directions are necessary. This Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed with the above observations.
