JUDGMENT
Though the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the 1st respondent to give him the benefit of Ext.P5, taking note of Ext.P6, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on Exts.P7 and P9 in the light of Ext.P6.
Accordingly, after having heard the learned Government Pleader also, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take a decision on Exts.P7 and P9 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 1st respondent shall take note of Ext.P6 also, while taking a decision, as aforementioned.
