ORDER
Heard. Petitioners have filed only one petition for transfer of several cases. When it is brought to the notice of the counsel for the petitioner that separate transfer petitions are to be filed for transfer of each case and parties to each transfer petitions must be all parties in the concerned suit to be got transferred, he submits that he will file petitions afresh and that without prejudice to his filing separate petitions, this Transfer Petitions be disposed of.
In the result, I dismiss this Transfer Petition without prejudice to the petitioners filing appropriate transfer petitions afresh.
