In spite of granting sufficient time, the revision petitioner/State Government has not paid the process fee to issue notice to the respondent in the petition for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition. That only shows that the petitioner may not be interested in this revision petition. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition is rejected for non-prosecution.
(2) Consequently the revision petition is also rejected.
