The Revision petitioner has filed this Review Petition seeking to review the Order dated 31st January, 2008. The court below has stated cogent reasons in the order impugned in the revision, for arriving at a conclusion mentioned in the order. The oral and documentary evidence in the case were considered in detail by the court below. In the Revision, those facts were considered over and again on the basis of the materials available on record. The Civil Revision Petition was dismissed accepting the reasoning and conclusion made by the Trial Court.
Accordingly, the Review Petition is dismissed.
