JUDGMENT
Having regard to the submissions addressed at the Bar by the
counsel appearing for the parties, the Review Petition will stand disposed of directing the Council of the respondent Corporation to pass orders on the basis of the hearing already conducted on Ext.P5 appeal at the earliest and communicate the orders to the petitioner and the third respondent at the earliest and at any rate within seven days of receiving
a copy of this order. Till such time as there is compliance with the above direction, Ext.P7 will not be enforced.
