Aggrieved by the recovery steps initiated by respondents, petitioner submits that he has submitted Ext.P4 representation before the 1^st respondent.

There will be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P4 with notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The benefit of any settlement scheme including Amnesty scheme, if any, shall be extended to the petitioner. The interim order passed by this Court will continue till such time.
