J U D G M E N T
This original petition was admitted on 11.4.2001. No process was paid for issuing notice to the respondents. It came up in the defect list on 10.1.2002. 10 days' time was granted to cure the defect. Even then, the process was not paid. The same came up again in the defect list on 29.2.2008. I directed the counsel for the petitioner to take out notice by special messenger to respondents 4 to 6. Even then no steps were taken by the petitioner. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no instruction from his client. In the above circumstances, this original petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
