The State has filed this appeal challenging the quantum of enhancement allowed in L.A.R. No. 126/93. L.A.R.Nos. 126/93 and 196/93 were consolidated and disposed of by a common judgment. Challenging the judgment in L.A.R. No. 196/93 State had filed L.A.A. No. 1038/04 before this court. That appeal was dismissed by this court on 22.9.2005. That decision operate as resjudicata. There is no merit in the appeal and it is only to be
dismissed.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
