Heard. Delay condoned.
On merits it is seen that the appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.79/1998 on the file of the Sub Court, Nedumangad. It is seen that connected matters have already been dismissed by this court by judgment in L.A.A.No.725/2003 and L.A.A.No.951/2003. Therefore, there is no merit in the appeal. It is accordingly dismissed. I.A.No.2960/2004 is also dismissed.
