This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.67/1994 on the file of the Sub Court, Mavelikkara. The acquisition is for the purpose of Railways. It is brought to our notice that the connected appeal has already been dismissed by judgment dated 28-1-2008 in L.A.A.No.36 of 2006. Therefore, this appeal is also dismissed.
