This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree in LAR 520/1997 on the file of the Sub Court, North Parur. The acquisition is for the purpose of Sree sankaracharya Sanskrit University, Kalady. It is submitted that connected matters have already been remanded to the reference court(one such judgment is in LAA 757/02) for fresh consideration. For parity of reasons, we set aside the judgment and decree under appeal and remit the matter to the reference court for fresh consideration.
