This is an appeal filed by the State aggrieved by the fixation of land value by the reference court, Sub Court, Mavelikkara. Acquisition is for the purpose of Kallada Irrigation Project. It is seen that the relied on judgment, Ext.A1, has become final. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed.
