Raman,J.
It is submitted by the counsel appearing for the appellant Sri P.K.Suresh Kumar that the case pending in the lower court is now posted on 11-2-2008. The respondent shall take note of the same and shall appear before the court below on the said date. The interim direction already issued by this court will continue till then. The Court shall consider the matter on merits after hearing both sides and pass fresh orders untrammelled by the fact of interim direction issued by this court.
