These applications are filed by the Travancore Devawom Board seeking approval of the estimates and to permit the Board to construct Cardiology centres at Neelimala and Appachimedu based on the estimates and to approve the action of the Chief Engineer (General) in inviting tenders in anticipation of sanction.

Since these works were already found to be as per the master plan which were already subjected to orders passed by this Court earlier, action of inviting tenders in the above works is ratified as the Local Fund Audit could not pointed out prima facie any objection to the same. However, as in the case of any expenditure, this will also be subjected to final orders.

Subject to above, permission sought for is granted.
