O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents in the Civil Revision Petitions and the fourth respondent in the Original Petition submitted that the Civil Revision Petitions as well as the Original Petition have become infructuous. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in these cases submits that the information is that the dispute between the parties has been settled, but the counsel states that no written instruction has been received.
Recording the submission made by the counsel for the respondent, these Civil Revision Petitions and the Original Petition are closed. If, for any reason, it is found that the matter is not settled between the parties, the petitioners would be entitled to file an application for restoration of the Civil Revision Petitions and the Original Petition within a period of two weeks from today.
