Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the decison of this court in Jacob v. Vironi (2007 (4) KLT 641) remedy of the petitioner is only to approach the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms) to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 4^th respondent and therefore this petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms). The petition as well as the revision petition are therefore dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach Appellate Authority (Land Reforms) for appropriate reliefs.
