O R D E R
This revision is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1814 of 2008 in O.S.No.176 of 2008, on the file of the Munsiff Court, Muvattupuzha. It is a petition for joint trial of O.S.No.176 of 2008 & O.S.No.5 of 2008. Even if the revision and I.A. 1814 of 2008 are to be allowed and a joint trial is to be ordered, it will not finally dispose the suit. In such circumstances, as provided under proviso to Sub-section (1) of Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, no revision will lie. Hence, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in appropriate proceedings.
