This revision arises out of the proceedings before the Taluk Land Board initiated in the year 1973. The petitioner and his predecessor-in-interest had filed altogether four civil revision petitions and a writ petition earlier. The last revision disposed of by this Court was C.R.P.No.1455/91. All the possible contentions were

taken by the petitioner in that revision. The said revision was disposed of vide order dated 01/04/1977. The operative portion of the order reads as follows :-

“Accordingly, the revision is partly allowed. The Taluk Land Board is directed to exempt one acre of land in Survey No.151/6B of S.N.Puram from the account of the declarant. The Land Board will treat 47 ½ cents situated in Survey No.51 of Edavilangu Village as single crop wet land while passing the final order. The contention regarding deletion of 37 cents out of the total extent of property held by the declarant is rejected. Order of the Taluk Land Board on that point is upheld.”

The Taluk Land Board was directed to make appropriate modification in the final order to be passed taking into account the directions given in the above order.

Board passed an order dated 22/05/1999, which is impugned in this revision. The order of the Taluk Land Board shows that the directions issued by this Court in C.R.P. No.1455/91 were complied with. On a perusal of the memorandum of civil revision petition, it would appear that the petitioner wants to raise certain other additional contentions. The petitioner is not entitled to raise any other contention, which is not raised in C.R.P.1455/91. There is no merit in this Civil Revision Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
