ORDER
The petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.37 of 2007 of Peravoor Police Station originally under the caption “unnatural death” under Section 174 Cr.P.C. regarding the suicidal death of one Kavya with whom the petitioner was in love and subsequently altered to one punishable under Section 306 IPC, seeks to quash the FIR and the report incorporating the said offence and arraying the petitioner as the accused.
The case is still in the crime stage. The investigation of the case is in the preliminary stage. It is too early to say that the petitioner would be charge sheeted by the police. In case the petitioner is charge sheeted by the Police and in case the allegations to the charge sheet do not make out the alleged offence, the petitioner is free to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
Reserving the said right of the petitioner, this Crl.M.C is closed.
