The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the learned Magistrate and pleaded guilty. The plea has been accepted and proceedings against him has been closed and that in these circumstances the petitioner does not want to further prosecute this petition. He prays that this petition may now be dismissed as unnecessary. Request is accepted.
