Alleging non-implementation of the orders passed by this Court in R.P.No.612/2006 dated 28^th September, 2006, the complainant is before us in this contempt petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the orders and directions issued by this Court in the aforesaid Review Petition, the respondents have already passed an order and that order has been questioned by the complainant in separate writ petition.

In view this development, we do not intend to take cognizance of this contempt case filed by the petitioner/complainant.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed for the present.
