JUDGMENT
Since Asst. Solicitor General submitted that orders are passed pursuant to the judgment granting pension to the petitioner, Contempt Case is closed. However, since contempt petitioner submitted that pension is not granted with effect from the date of filing of the application, I feel that respondent should correct it and grant pension from the date of filing of the application to avoid costs against him in the event of further litigation. Since pension is already granted, it should be paid to him immediately on production of a copy of this judgment with documents.
