JUDGMENT
The learned standing counsel appearing for the Kerala University submits that the direction issued by this Court in Annexure A1 judgment has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner however submits that the application for continuing the affiliation for the succeeding academic years are not yet been granted. The learned counsel appearing for the University submits that as and when applications for the succeeding academic years are received they will be considered and orders passed in accordance with law, without insisting on compliance with condition No.4 in Ext.P13. In the light of the said submission no orders are called for in this Contempt Case. It is accordingly closed.
