Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the total amount due to the petitioner is more than Rs.7.5 Lakhs and it is assured that Rs.5,00,000/- will be paid within two weeks and the balance amount will be paid within one month thereafter. Recording the submission made by the counsel for the respondent, Contempt of Court case is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek a re-opening of the same, if the circumstances so warrant.
