JUDGMENT
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions submits that a liability certificate has been issued to the petitioner showing an amount of Rs.11,750/= as liability. It also shows that there are no other liabilities to the Government outstanding against the petitioner. Copies of the proceedings have been made available to me. In these circumstances, I am of the view that it is not necessary to further proceed with the contempt of court case. Accordingly, the same is closed.
