Application for regular bail. Petitioners face allegations in a crime registered under section 27 of the Forest Act and the provisions of the Wild Life Protection Act. The facts of the case appear to be strange. I feel the matter

must be gone into detail. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the State has no objection against the grant of regular bail to the petitioners who remain in custody from 14.2.08. I am also satisfied that the petitioners deserve to be enlarged on bail forthwith. I shall comment on the facts later as the learned Public Prosecutor prays for time to make the relevant documents available.

There shall, hence, be a direction now that the petitioners shall be forthwith released from custody on condition that the petitioners execute bonds for Rs.25,000/-
