ORDER
Application for anticipatory bail. Apprehending vexatious
arrest and detention at the instance of one Ciby Varghese, the petitioner has come to this Court with this prayer for anticipatory bail. Interim directions were issued on 04.03.08. Accordingly the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that if the petitioner is later required for arrest in connection with any crime committed prior to this date, the respondent/police shall give prior intimation to the petitioner and shall seek prior permission of this Court to effect such arrest.
