Appellant seeks further time to take steps to issue notice to respondents 2 and 3 and also to pay the balance court fee. Appeal was filed in the year 1996. I do not find any reason to grant further time. So the prayer is rejected.
In the result, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
