This writ petition is filed mainly with regard to the release of five prisoners. Out of which, one has already expired. With regard to Paulose, Radhakrishnan and Perumal, it is submitted that Government has made recommendations. But the Governor has rejected the same in view of the nature of the offences committed by them and with regard to Veera, it is submitted that even though several times he has jumped parole, his case was now recommended and it is for consideration before the Governor. In the above circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this case. Hence writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
