JUDGMENT
The learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submits that respondents 1 and 2 are not having any objection in the matter of releasing payment to the petitioner and that the only difficulty is that, being a NABARD Project, the concurrence of the NABARD will also have to be obtained. Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to seek and obtain necessary concurrence from the NABARD at the earliest and at any rate within one month from today and ensure that payments sought for by the petitioner are received by him within another three weeks from the date of obtaining such concurrence.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
