JUDGMENT
If the petitioner has a legal right to
challenge the impugned order in any legal proceedings based on the Full Bench decision,
certainly he can approach the revisional
authorities for such relief. But the
petitioner has not so far approached the revisional authority with any such petition. If he has no such right, then he has no right to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court also.
Hence, the writ petition is liable to be
dismissed. I do so. However, this will not preclude him to seek his remedies if any under the statute.
