JUDGMENT
The petitioner is having a regular permit on the route Kalkoonthal-Kottayam. He has submitted Ext.P1 application for modifying its time schedule. Praying for a direction to the respondent to dispose of that application expeditiously, this writ petition is filed.
The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass final orders on Ext.P1 application, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
