JUDGMENT
The prayer in the writ petition is to command the first respondent to take appropriate action to remove the obstruction caused by the fourth respondent to the drain on the side of “Vidyarthi road” and ensure free flow of water through it at the earliest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the filing of the writ petition, the obstruction caused by the fourth respondent has been removed. Learned Government Pleader also makes the submission in the same line. In view of this,
nothing survives for consideration. The writ petition is closed.
