O R D E R
This petition is filed to review the judgment dated 1-11-2006 in W.P.(C) No.22808/2006 of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before the judgment was pronounced an enquiry has been already completed by the 2nd respondent as directed by the 1st respondent through the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chittur and issued appropriate directions to the 3rd respondent bank. Hence, the impugned judgment may be recalled and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
