The contention raised by the review petitioner in
the Review Petition that a plot on the northern side of
his property was excluded from acquisition, is not
taken as a ground in the Original Petition. It is
also not clear from the Review Petition whether the plot which is alleged to be excluded was included in
the notification and subsequently excluded. The
grounds raised in the Review Petition are not sufficient to exercise the jurisdiction of review. The Review Petition lacks merits and it is accordingly dismissed.
