JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
i) issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Exts. P1 and P3 and quash Exts.P1 and P3.
ii) issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P2
petitioner by the decision of this Court in O.P. No. 5886/99. There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P2 in the light of the judgment referred to above with notice to the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law. The interim order passed by this Court in C.M.P No. 36444/1998 will continue till such time.
The original petition is disposed of accordingly.
