J U D G M E N T

Petitioner was a part-time contingent servant under the Government of Kerala from 8-6-1995 onwards. However, from 17-91995 onwards, he did not attend work. After a long period, the petitioner applied for leave with medical certificate. However, his period of leave was beyond the leave allowed for part-time contingent service. Therefore, the petitioner lost his job as a part-time contingent servant. The petitioner submits that only because of serious illness, he could not attend duties after 17-9-1995. In the above circumstances, the petitioner seeks consideration of his case for fresh appointment as a part-time contingent servant on humanitarian grounds.

After considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I permit the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the 1^st respondent-Government of Kerala detailing his grievances within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The said representation shall be submitted along with a certified copy of this judgment. On receipt of the same, the 1^st respondent shall consider the same as sympathetically as possible and pass orders thereon within two months from the date of receipt of the representation . The original petition is disposed of as above.
