As per order dt.15.10.2007, the respondent in Mat.Appeal.No.260/2007 paid a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- (One lakh twenty five thousand only) to the appellant-wife in full and final settlement of all her claims in O.P.No.594/2004 from which Mat.Appeal.No.317/2007 arises.

It is stated that parties have filed a petition for divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act agreeing for divorce.

The husband has returned to the wife some note books, clothes and a walk man. But the wife states that a book of Midwifary by Milaes is missing. The husband has agreed to check again whether the book is available and will return if it is found.

The wife has no objection in releasing the attachment and intimating the village office and sub-registrar office about the

release of the attachment. This is recorded.

Post the divorce petition under Section 13B before the court to pass formal orders of divorce, as early as possible.

Mat.Appeal.Nos.260, 261 and 317 of 2007 are disposed of

as settled.
