It is brought to our notice that the appeal, L.A.A.764/01, filed against the relied on judgment in L.A.R.23/99 on the file of the Sub Court, Neyyattinkara has been dismissed by judgment dated 1.10.2004. For parity of reasons, these appeals are dismissed.
