These are appeals filed by the State aggrieved by the fixation of land value by the reference court- Sub Court, North Paravur. Acquisition was for the purpose of construction of Manjali Bridge and approach road. It is seen that the connected matters have been dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 6.11.2007 in L.A.A. No.1028 of 2007, confirming the fixation of land value in L.A.R. No.91 of 2000. Yet another appeal was also dismissed as L.A.A. No. 193 of 2007. Therefore, these appeals are dismissed.
