ORDER
In the light of the order dated 17-11-2006 passed by this Court in Crl.M.C. 5651 of 2003, the contentions raised in these Crl.M.Cs cannot be countenanced any more and the Crl.M.Cs are accordingly dismissed. If the petitioners surrenders before the J.F.C.M., Tirur within two weeks from today and file applications for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of, preferably, on the same date on which such applications filed. Till then, non-bailable warrants pending against them shall not be executed.
These Crl. M.Cs are disposed of accordingly.
