The petitioner, who faces the allegation under Sec.22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, and has been enlarged on bail subject to conditions as per order dated 9/11/2006 in B.A.No.6564/06 only prays that the condition imposed on the petitioner which alone survives now that the petitioner must appear before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of every month between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. may be deleted/modified.
