ORDER
The petition is to delete the conditions imposed when an anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners for a period of 2 weeks by the learned Sessions Judge. The petitioners have subsequently appeared before the learned Magistrate. They were enlarged on bail. When they were so enlarged on bail, no conditions were imposed, it is submitted. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in as much as no such conditions were imposed at the time of grant of regular bail, this petition can now be dismissed as not pressed. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report has already been filed.
