Alleging that the respondents herein have disobeyed the orders and directions issued by this Court by judgment in W.A.No. 2075 of 2006 dated 4th December, 2006, the appellant in the Writ Appeal has filed this Contempt case.
CONTEMPT CASE ( C)No. 676 OF 2007

Writ Appeal. Therefore this Contempt case is rejected for the present.
Liberty is reserved to the petitioner/appellant in the Writ Appeal to
approach this Court, if need arises in future.
