J U D G M E N T
Petitioner approached this Court with a grievance that the judgment was not fully complied with. It is now reported that the writ appeal filed by the respondents has been dismissed. Therefore, this Contempt of Court Case is disposed of directing the respondents to settle the amounts as per the judgment, within a period of one month from today, if not, the respondents will be personally liable for interest at the rate of 12% from the date of the judgment in the writ petition.
