J U D G M E N T
Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits
that the pension payment order has been issued to the party and the Sub Treasury Officer, Neyyattinkara by the Accountant General on 5.3.2007. In view of the undertaking dated 3.1.2007 in Contempt Case (Civil) 1606/06, the petitioner may approach the Sub Treasury Officer, Neyyattinkara along with a copy of this judgment and within two days, the amounts due to the petitioner will be disbursed by the Sub Treasury Officer. In the event of delay beyond the said period, the petitioner will be entitled to get cost at the rate of Rs.500/- per day of the delay and the officers responsible for the delay will be personally liable for the same.
The Contempt of Court Case (Civil) is closed.
