Since the petitioner has complained that in the same matter respondent has lodged a criminal complaint before the Circle Inspector of Police, and Circle Inspector of Police has summoned him to the police station, I direct the Circle Inspector of Police not to proceed against the petitioner in the very same matter, that is pertaining to
closure of respondent's house under the orders of Corporation.
Contempt Case is closed as above.
