J U D G M E N T
The contempt petition is filed on the ground that petitioner in WP(C) No. 31261/2006 has not got renewal of security service contract. Learned Standing Counsel for the BSNL submitted that the said petitioner has not got re-sponsorship from the Director General of Re-settlement. In any case, I do not think that petitioner in this contempt petition can have any grievance for denial of renewal of security service contract to the petitioner in WP(C) No. 31261/2006. In the circumstances, contempt is closed.
