ORDER
Application for regular bail. The petitioners are accused
5 and 6. They face allegations for offences punishable, inter alia, under Secs.307 and 326 of the IPC. The alleged incident took place on 4/9/07. The petitioners herein were arrested on 7/9/07. Accused 1 to 4 in the same crime, who were arrested on 12/9/07, were granted bail as per the order dated 15/10/07 in B.A.No. 6231/07. I have adverted to the facts in detail in the said order. This order must be read in continuation of the said order. I am hence not adverting to the facts in any greater detail in this order.
B.A. NO. 6226 of 2007 -: 2 :-
(a) The application is allowed.
(b) The petitioners shall be released on bail on the following terms and conditions:
(i) The petitioners shall not be released from custody on the strength of this order prior to 27/10/07. The Investigator shall, in the meantime, make every endeavour to complete the investigation.
(ii) The petitioners shall execute bonds for Rs.1,00,000/(Rupees one lakh only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.
(iii) The petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation before the Investigating Officer on all Mondays and Fridays between 10 a.m. and 12 noon for a period of three months from the date of their release and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so.
(iv) During the said period of three months, the petitioners shall not enter the Sessions Division of Thiruvananthapuram
